A Comprehensive Practice

• Divorce and family law: From child support and custody to the division of marital property, I will handle every aspect of your divorce. I also handle post-decree modifications of custody and support orders.


• DUI, DWAI and traffic violations: I will handle the legal and administrative aspects of your drunk driving charge or traffic violation, helping you keep your license and fighting to minimizing the negative consequences to you.


• Criminal defense: If you have been charged with a misdemeanor or felony in the Greater Denver area, you want a lawyer who not only who will mount a vigorous and thorough defense on your behalf, but who is also familiar with the local courts, prosecutors and procedures.


• Landlord-tenant law: I provide plaintiff and defense counsel in landlord-tenant disputes, including as evictions, breach of contract and termination of leases. I also help draft, review and negotiate leases.


• Civil litigation: I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters involving contract disputes, mechanic's liens, promissory notes, civil protection orders, and civil theft, fraud and negligence.


• Dependency and neglect cases: If your child has been taken away by the Department of Social Services due to accusations of abuse of neglect, I will work hard to protect your parental rights and help you understand your options.
